One-on-one consultation to review your health history, discuss your folk medicine constitution, and to create a plan with herbal recommendations. You will receive a customized write up of herbal and lifestyle recommendations + a follow up plan.
Follow Up Consultation
30 minutes, $40 (does not include cost of herbs)
How have things been going for you? A consultation is recommended 6 weeks after our initial consultation. Let’s discuss how you’re feeling, what’s working and what isn’t, and make a plan for going forward.
